1. Services

invites.pandaish.in provides digital invitation video design and related services (the “Services”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts & Orders

1. To place orders you may be required to provide contact information and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including suspected fraud or inability to verify order details).
3. You agree to provide accurate instructions, media, names, dates, and other materials necessary to create your video in the formats and timelines we specify.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

1. Prices shown on the website are in the stated currency and do not include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
2. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
3. All fees are non-refundable except as described in these Terms or as required by law.

5. Delivery & Turnaround

We deliver mostly within 2 days. Sometimes we delay a little late. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet delivery dates but are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Delivered products are final digital files (e.g., MP4).

6. Refunds

Since this is a customized service, we accept refunds rarely.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us promptly and provide order details and reasons. We may, at our discretion, offer partial refunds rather than a full refund within 7–14 days by charging some fee.

What you provide is what you will get. We encourage our users to fill the content neatly and without any spelling or gramatical errors. User has to provide the correct data, we are not responsible if user submitted wrong or incorrect data.

7. User Content & License to Use

“User Content” means any audio, images, text, logos, video, or other materials you provide to us to create your product.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, consents, and clearances necessary to provide User Content to us and to permit us to use it to create your ordered product.

By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the User Content solely to provide the Services and to fulfill your order.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain all intellectual property rights in the design templates, source files, project files, and any creative elements that we originate.

Upon full payment and subject to any separate license terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered final video for personal or commercial purposes as described in your order. Resale, sublicensing, or distribution of editable source files is not permitted unless explicitly authorized.

9. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to submit User Content or request materials that: infringe third-party intellectual property; are defamatory, obscene, hateful, abusive, or illegal; promote violence or discrimination; or violate applicable laws.

We do not add any type of religious content or text in our videos.

We do not add any functions which promotes alcoholism.

We reserve the right to refuse to create, remove, modify or terminate any content or order which we reasonably believes not fit.

10. Privacy

By using the Service you consent to collection and use of personal data. Do not worry we dont sell your data. Your data is safe.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide the Service “as is” and make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee that the final product will meet every expectation or be free from defects.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pandaish and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice.

Sections that by their nature survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will continue in effect.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example via the website or email). Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may link to or use third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any damage by third-party.

By placing an order you agree we may contact you by email, SMS, or other means for order updates and account-related messages.

19. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pandaish relating to the Service and supersede prior agreements.
